  I placed the order in the app from my location, planning to be in the area of the restaurant about 10 minutes later, feeling that the order would be ready since I was pressed for time. I showed up, told the driver thru I was there for pickup and there was one person already at the window. When I got to the window I could see my quesadilla being made and realized nothing was prepared roughly 10 minutes later after the PREPAID app order. I waited what was another 7 minutes at the window until my order was complete. App seems to be pretty pointless for efficiency or time savings. Only for rewards and for the restaurant to track me, but I m not sure what they do with that since it hasnt improved the customer experience

  Hopefully the owner is able to find this review. After years of patience with this location I’m done giving it my business, whoever is managing this branch should be ashamed of themselves. First off, I am a realist, this is just a TacoBell and I’m not expecting the greatest customer service in the world. I’ve worked in fastfood before and then customer service as well for years but the way the staff operates this location is down right disrespectful. For one, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order drive thru I am made to drive around and wait out front so it makes their drive-time look good. I have had a mind to refuse but I’d rather not get saliva in my food. Half the time at night you pull up and someone is smoking weed outside, I’ve seen literal drug deals go on outside. The staff is almost always rude, I’ve had enough decent experiences to keep trying and I do love some late night tacobell but the good employees don’t seem to stick around very long (they probably get tired of the horrible culture and having to carry everyone else’s load). The food is hit or miss always, I’ve constantly had things missing from my orders. The absolute most frustrating thing is this and there is absolutely no excuse for it. QUIT SAYING YOU’RE OPEN WHEN YOU’RE NOT! The amount of times I’ve placed a mobile order successfully and PAID then driven all the way to the location (over an hour before close at times never right before I have respect) just to get told they can’t make my order is absolutely ridiculous. I hope the owner know his employee’s collect a check while sitting on their lazy butts and inconveniencing customers like myself and especially delivery drivers who are actually trying to work. Absolutely disgraceful, I seriously hope this place goes under so a decent establishment can take it’s place. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

  This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I'm sorry Taco Bell, I just don't get fast food five stars. But I always drive past the Taco Bell on airport and head to Jones Valley to get my cheesy bean and rice burrito. Not only is the staff much nicer, but the dining room is always clean and the bathrooms are top-notch. The drive-thru can be a little hit or miss, when they do the bait and switch and ask you to pull around to park it in the parking space and they'll bring out your food to you.
