- KOKaren “Mom” OG2 days ago1.0Group out of town for swimming competition came in and ordered food for the grand children. We arrived after and ordered our food at 9:55pm. Clearly orders were placed before 10pm and we were in the dining room. These people live out of town and were kicked out by the manager saying they were closing the dining room and they couldn’t eat there. They were already in and ordered their food. Clearly before 10 pm. Instead of some sense and customer service allowing the family to dine in while they locked the door to anyone else. They made them leave and then were rude. Said the general manager required it. Well I know not to call the general management. It’s time to call someone else. I can show it was 10:03 pm when I got my food. We were not dining there and how they treated this family was beyond comprehension. Two grandparents and their three grand children with out of town destination. These kids they refused to allow to eat just won a State Championship. Tell your friends. Regardless they could have closed the dining room or announced it prior to order. I have never heard of restaurant. Kicking people out of dining room after placing orders.

Restaurant was clean and workers were all friendly. Sarah the manager made sure all jobs were being done. Great job Sarah and all the workers. Anytime we travel through huntsville we'll stop in here!
