    I came here to pick up DoorDash order, I pull up 2 window the older black lady with dreads / twist was at the window so after being handed my order I asked if I could get a small cup of ICE , I would even pay for it this lady literally told me no I could not & shut the window in my face.. you ain’t have to be so rude.. smh

    Haha sooo I went through the drive thru…only for some dude to call me “love,” (no accent either…people need to stop calling random strangers cutesy nicknames) and was told I would need to come in to place my order. There was NO ONE in line. No one at the window. One: I just finished washing my car next door. I’m gross. I’m not going to step foot inside anywhere. I just wanted a Taco Bell reward for my work today. Two: Why? What for? I honestly don’t understand. I’ve worked in the restaurant business before. There are many ways to take orders in a drive thru if something “might be” down or someone is missing. But I have no clue. Dude asked how I was, then asked me to come in. Super weird and a bit inappropriate. Y'all ruined my afternoon.

    Food was ready fairly quickly and the order was correct. Much better service than the Hazel Green location.

    It was ok, what you expect from fast food. Better than other taco Bell locations but it really depends on the day/time you go at most TBs. Prices are ridiculous at TB now, I almost never go because of it. They also upcharge for chicken and I have a beef allergy.
