  So I called In my order, I see the special but I wanted to upgrade to a larger pizza and Italian meats pasta. I get there and it is a medium pizza. I politely tell the front desk girl and she tells me that is what I ordered. I calmly explained that I called in. She then asks what I want her to do. She is incredibly rude and should not be a customer facing worker ever. I tried to explain that I called in and spoke to someone and she insists that I ordered online and even circled it on the receipt. I left because at this point, you’re are no help. I got outside and decided to go back and speak to a manager because this clearly is not what I needed for my family of 4. She is the manager shockingly and gave me my money back. After all that, I get home and this isn’t even the pasta I ordered. While I was so excited to have a Pizza Hut next to me, as that is a childhood favorite, I will not return. I choose to spend money with people who make me feel as if I am valued as I have worked hard to have what I have. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and I am appalled and disgusted.
