- MMMichael MarcusOct 9, 20251.0Recently went to Pizza Hut. Wanted a quick pizza without going across town. I ordered a pizza, wings, cinnamon rolls and pasta. To my surprise I was eating a slice of the pizza and found a rubber band. I called the store and no one ever answered. I spent almost 40 dollars and now I have to throw everything away as I am not sure if I will run across another foreign object in the food. I will never eat here again and I recommend nobody else do unless you want a surprise in the food. It's been awhile since I have left a review and I hate this is my return. See picture below.

I didn’t realize this until I had processed the order and then tried to call my local location to get that adjusted. It just kept rerouting the call to a call center and they said that no one is able to change the pick up time once the order is placed. Therefore we will have pizza that has been sitting for over an hour by the time I’m able to get there after work to pick it up. I will not order again until the app is fixed.
