We live in a gated community and no one ever contacted us for access. When we called the store, the employee hung up on us, and when we asked for her name she lied and gave a fake name. After already waiting an hour and a half, they told us we would have to wait another hour because the driver had to return to the store and remake the order — totaling almost 2½ hours of waiting for food that should’ve been delivered correctly the first time. This was a huge inconvenience and completely unprofessional. Papa John’s needs to address their customer service and delivery practices immediately. I do not recommend this location at all.

I received the order and once again it was not cut and the picture will be attached below when I called her to let her know that the pizza was once again not cut her response was “sooo” And she laughed. And I told her she did not have to get smart with me and she proceeded To say as you said this is a restaurant goodbye and hung the phone up. If she can’t be a manager and handle her customers with better care and also handle their food with better care and go behind her crew she does not need to work there.
