  Wow what a disappointing lunch! I got two pieces of bread and MAYBE an ounce of filling. And paid $9.15 for it. Thankfully I got an ounce of chips with it. Would have returned it, but went through the drive thru to get it quickly. Service was good, drive thru quick, but probably because they didn't spend much time building my sandwich. Too bad 👎 not worth what I paid to still be hungry after having a meal.

  This is definitely not like panera on whitesburg. we gave them another chance after the first messed up order and the second time we went was worse 😳 food wasn't right, barely any meat on sandwich and order was wrong again. And it was too expensive to not get what we ordered. Also the wait was over half hour even after I ordered online with a pick up time . We won't be back. I'd rather drive up the mountain than take another chance on them.

  People have got to be jokin' when they say this Panera is a bad experience?? We visited today December 27 and the food came out very quickly and everyone working was super friendly and kind. The food was delicious too. I honestly think you can't beat Panera for a delicious classic lunch. Sandwiches and soup. Nothing better than a classic. Great location, great food, great staff & atmosphere!

  I really tried to like this new location, but I am highly disappointed. The first time I bought the Chicken Frontega they left the basil off. So the second time I bought it I asked for extra basil. They were out of basil. The last time was the final straw for me. My husband called to tell me that their oven stopped working so he ordered a turkey sandwich for us and our son. It was poorly made. The bread was hard and cold with TWO THIN slices of turkey. It was so much sauce on it that I couldn't eat it because it wouldn't stay together. They also left the meat off of my husband's sandwich. The broccoli and cheddar soup was lukewarm. To be honest $42.00 is a lot of money to spend something that's not edible. If it wasn't too late I would have taken it back that night. Panera Bread you all must do better because looking at the the previous reviews it's not looking to good. Customers pay too much money to be served crappie food and crappie service. I might have a change of heart, but as of right now it's a NO for me from this location.
