We visited today December 27 and the food came out very quickly and everyone working was super friendly and kind. The food was delicious too. I honestly think you can't beat Panera for a delicious classic lunch. Sandwiches and soup. Nothing better than a classic. Great location, great food, great staff & atmosphere!

So the second time I bought it I asked for extra basil. They were out of basil. The last time was the final straw for me. My husband called to tell me that their oven stopped working so he ordered a turkey sandwich for us and our son. It was poorly made. The bread was hard and cold with TWO THIN slices of turkey. It was so much sauce on it that I couldn't eat it because it wouldn't stay together. They also left the meat off of my husband's sandwich. The broccoli and cheddar soup was lukewarm. To be honest $42.00 is a lot of money to spend something that's not edible. If it wasn't too late I would have taken it back that night. Panera Bread you all must do better because looking at the the previous reviews it's not looking to good. Customers pay too much money to be served crappie food and crappie service. I might have a change of heart, but as of right now it's a NO for me from this location.

Choosing no side is an option, but they still charge full price which isn't customer friendly; who really needs a hard baguette with their sandwich? This isn't the fault of the employees, but it is of the location and chain.

- LWLucas WisemanNov 19, 20255.0There are a lot of really harsh reviews for this location but I have been a few times and have had zero issues. Staff is friendly, food came out fast and was up to Panera standards. I do wish they had some booths to sit in, however.
