  OMG the Ahi Tuna is the best. They cook the steaks exact to order. I dont know yall but when it comes to a steak house it is a toss up between Longhorn and Outback. I will say the last two blooming onions we got were way over fried.

  There are at least 3 Outbacks in the Huntsville-Madison area, we drive about 15 miles to get to this Outback, it is the best of the 3. Most recently we came on a busy Saturday night. I try to give plenty of grace when a place is busy, but it took 45 mins for my wife's salad to come out. We were ready to cut our meal short and leave, but after talking to the manager and her (Kristin) apologizing and asking for a second chance, we stayed. She ensured we got our order quickly and after the long wait the food was great. Very nice recovery, Kudos to Kristin for taking the extra steps for customer service. We will be back

  I ordered curbside from here because I was visiting someone at Crestwood Hospital so we called in a rather large order because there were several family members up there and we all decided outback would be good. I pulled up to pick up our food we parked and informed them that we were outside. We sat out there for quite some time. Finally someone came out he asked my name and said he was going back in to check on my order so then again it was more waiting. After almost 20 minutes they came out with my order before the guy could walk off I asked him where were the drinks for the kids meals he then replied oh sorry we're out of apple juice and orange juice. So dang you weren't going to say nothing just send me on my way and hope I didn't notice? So I proceeded to ask him can they not replace the juice with some kind of drink? So he replies yea what do you want? I tell him and he retrieved them and we leave. Upon getting to our destination I see they didn't give us no plastic wear to eat our food with. Also I had ordered An extra loaded baked potato because that was the only thing one of the family members wanted. Well they left it out. They didn't even give us any of the brown bread. I called back to inform them and they put me on hold they said i needed to speak with the manager. When the manager gets on the phone he also placed me on hold then the phone hung up. I've never experienced anything like this at any other outback I've been to. So needless to say I won't be returning to this particular outback again

  We had a party of 10 and everything from the food to the service was excellent. Heaven was the best server I have ever had at any restaurant.

  I originally ordered through Grub Hub my Regular Cocunut Shrimp & Toss Salad. My Shrimp was TERRIBLE N BURNED. I didn't Call to Complain just said ohh well maybe I'll try again another time. Well the Manager sent me a Survey for my order. I voiced my opinion & in Return Sent an Email $20 off my next meal. Few days later I ordered the same exact thing also added order wings. Food Was DELICIOUS 😋. I reached back out to the Manager & Thanked Him. A Bad Experience "TURNED GOOD" & RETURING CUSTOMER FOR SURE!!!
