- JKJames KeysNov 24, 20251.0I'm making this into Fair warn people been going to McDonald's for a while always get the iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the mornings on 11/24/25 I went there for lunch I got there at 2:50 they had a little bit of a line got up to the drive-thru speaker and I was sitting there and sitting there and I said hello into the speaker I got a voice that said can you wait a minute please so I'm waiting all the cars that was in front of me was around the corner and no longer backed up so I waited at 3:05 I said hello into the speaker again asking me to wait I said no thank you I'll go somewhere else to eat considering I'm on an hour lunch and I had done wasted 10 minutes if not more waiting in line for somebody to take my order when I round the corner there was three cars in line all of them had done paid do not I repeat do not go to the McDonald's ever worst service I've ever seen out of a company

After over 5 minutes of waiting and no one now in the drive thru I decide to walk out and go through the drive thru because the guy was still not helping me. I pull up to the speaker where me and the car in the other lane wait over ten minutes with a line behind us waiting for someone to answer. No one answered I just pulled up to the window and waited for someone to come and told them I had a mobile order. Never again wasted my lunch for a sweet tea and large cold fry that I thought would be a quick 5 minute stop. Obviously this location needs new management shame on whoever is the district manager of this location do better.

And after the entire wait they made me pull around and wait EVEN LONGER. Then I finally got my order. And they forgot my sauce. I get that people don’t want to work nowadays but if that’s the reason just close a few locations so they can work at the other location down the road… very upset with the state of “fast” food.
