- JCJoshua Castillo6 days ago2.0Food is inconsistent. Sometimes the fries will be perfect, sometimes they'll have no taste besides the oil they're cooked. I'm currently in my car at curbside still waiting even though I ordered through the app 20 minutes ago. I've been here for at least 17 minutes.

Said I had an online order and she didn't even ask my name. Stood there for 20 minutes before I said "Excuse me, is my order ready?" Well that set "Serenity" off and she gave me huge attitude. Then the manager came over, I told him I was waiting for a double cheeseburger and I eventually got it. 28 minutes for a double cheeseburger seems absolutely ridiculous. Restaurants don't take that long and this is supposed to be fast food. Also, people like Serenity shouldn't be front of house. The polite lady behind me caught her attitude as well for no reason.

He was my cashier and he was extremely helpful and professional and it blew my mind he worked at McDonald’s. He really has amazing customer service skills and made it an experience, not just another McDonald’s.
- DEDante EvansDec 16, 20251.0Went there asked for cook to order food, spent 30 minutes in the drive trough and food was cold eent back inside to get fresh food and the girl kept the food and tried to use the same nuggts and refry them. When she noticed me she then takes a walk with them and says where’s the waste basket I get the food and try it it’s literally just greasy hot no crunch bad tasting oil nuggets I will never come to this location ever again if I could give a negative 10 stars I would 🤦🏾🤷🏾
- KKKaylaDec 5, 20251.0Terrible!!! I hate coming here. They’ll leave a line waiting at the drive thru speaker until they get people waiting for their food cleared. Tonight I sat in line for 10 minutes AT the speaker. Pull up to the window and pay for my stuff, then I get to the window where they hand you your food I sat there for 10 minutes before the RUDE cashier handed me my drinks and told me to pull up. When I finally get my food none of it is fresh, the fries are disgusting. They tasted bitter so I come back to get my fries fixed, I watch them drop them and I get home (2 minutes away from McDonald’s)and they’re brown and taste bitter! My Big Mac was disgusting, cold and stale. This was the worst experience I’ve had here, and that’s saying a lot because they’ve even missed putting MEAT on my burger before.
