I get to the speaker and they don’t have the socks. Okay cool, so I asked if I was going to be credited and not charged for the whole meal? They said only thing they could do is cancel my order. Okay, and what happens to my points? They told me I would need to call corporate! So my real choices were over pay for a meal I wasn’t receiving or get refunded for the meal but lose my points I used on the happy meal?? I highly doubt I was the first to have this problem today and I won’t be the last (since the grinch meal is so popular right now). It’s not even that they didn’t have the socks! It’s what do you mean you have no real solution when someone orders on the app? With how heavy the app is pushed, I feel it was pure rudeness and laziness
