  Getting through the drive thru was easy, waiting in at the stall number for 20 minutes, for a single item that costs $2 was unbearable! I ordered a Mcmuffin, well done toast, and I had to walk into the building, ask for a manager, who completely ignored that I was there, and then had to catch her out the door to remind them of my order. Muffin was cold, not toasted well done, and I was now running late. I'm not from around here, but if locals have to deal with this all the time, I'd be pissed.

  I ordered my food, received it quickly and ate it. When I finished eating, I needed to use the restroom. Upon entering the restroom, there was an employee using it so I figured I'd wash my hands while I waited. There was no soap at all. I rinsed my hands with water and turned around to use the hand dryer on the wall and that's when the employee JUST WALKED OUT WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. DISGUSTING.

  Don’t visit this location. Was late for work with no breakfast or refund after waiting for 12 min this morning was told the sausage was still cooking. Poor management. Use to be convenient & quick. Will never be back & neither will my family or friends that were a frequent flyer here.

  My recent visit to this McDonalds was no less than disappointing. My first impression of the service was that it was exceptionally uncomfortable, slow, chaotic, and unconcerned by the presence of customers in line. The employees were demotivated and disinterested, not even having the minuscule sense of urgency or enthusiasm. I was forced to wait too long before I received food that was supposed to have been prepared within minutes despite making a simple order. My order was eventually received but it was the wrong one and I had to wait once again to get it corrected.(For context: I asked for a plain cheeseburger, and they got that incorrect.) At that stage, any professionalism and efficiency had long since disappeared. It is disappointing to observe that such a popular place could not even perform the simplest tasks of customer service and quality control. It is clear that this place requires more effective management and training to be able to match the minimum demands of a fast-food restaurant. If I was the manager, I'd prioritize work ethic. The employees are entitled to say the least, so is their managers. I've witnessed police remove a man wrongfully, and I've witnessed customers faced injustice on several occasions. Their food is alright when done properly, but I suggest heading elsewhere if you wish to enjoy McDonalds.

  The lady who opens in the morning doesn’t like to do her job and doesn’t answer people in the drive thru, and then when u go up to the window she hides. Terrible customer service. Pretty sure she’s a manager too.
