  03/1/2026 I arrived in the parking lot at 4:56pm. Ordered a to go order of 2x dozen glazed and 2x assorted. After a crowd of roughly 6 people died down i went in at 5:06pm. Was informed by an employee with an air pod in that they are sold out of everything and asked if I just wanted a refund. I said yes. He proceed to say he will get that started and go the bathroom. Came back and explained to me after waiting roughly 8 minutes that the refund would take 4 days to process. Not to mention he said they were sold out yet drive threw was being served stuff out of display. The unprofessionalism, waste of time, gas is not worth it. Do not go to this location.

  I would leave a negative 5 if I could the absolute worst experience down to the rude management and unprofessional employees no hospitality at all or not even a simple gesture of kindness I had a online order for 2 assorted boxs when I went in to pick them up the guy at the front counter didn't say anything to me I had to ask for my order and when he went to get my order he had told me he only had one kind of the flavor I had to ask because my order wasnt even made yet ("pickup order") that I ordered. When I asked how long it would be to make them he sinply said ("Umm, Idk pretty long time.") I asked what I could do about it and he said idk pick from what we got every tray in the glass box was rather empty and or wasnt labeled correctly so I didn't know what was what so everytime I asked him he would shrug his shoulders and go ummm let me ask. When he would return from ("asking") he would come back to the counter and assist other customers that would walk in and continued to help other customers while all I needed was help with my online order which I have waited almost 25 minutes at this point before they attempted to help or assist me. He then proceeds to get the manager who was also not very much help I asked her what could be done or if any could be made and how long it would take and all she said was you can pick from what we have and substitute them and before I could even get a word out walked into her office without another word. The guy at the counter went and got the lady at the drive thru and asked her to deal with me I saw a seperate trays of donuts near the drive thru area one which was labeled the ones they apparently didnt have when i asked her about it she told me they were a different kind of donut and assumed thats what I needed help with and walked away before I could get help with my order I sat there for another 10 minutes before she looks over and realizes im still there during those 10 minutes I tried multiple time to get helped but was ignored and then she ("noticed") me she walks over to me once again and say and how can I help you and I said I've been sitting here for over 30 minutes trying to get a refund or donuts and she said let me get the manager she goes to the office and is in there another 10 minutes she comes back with my refund paper and tells me it'll be a couple days before I get my money back and handed me a box of donuts that weren't even mine needless to say it wasn't worth my time and I will not be back .The place was unsanitary no one had gloves on and the one woman in the back was taking racks off or the conver belt where the donuts come through standing them up on the floor and spraying them off the wait was over 40 minutes and they greeted everyone but me but in the end they gave me old donuts and a nasty attitude.

  On every occasion I place an online order, the specialty donuts are consistently unavailable, despite their website indicating they are in stock. This occurs even when I place my order early in the morning, which makes their unavailability quite perplexing (I should note that while I am not personally fond of their donuts, my partner is). My decision to write this review stems from my most recent experience. Upon arriving to collect my order, I was informed that "they're making the donuts so I'm not sure when they'll be ready." When I inquired if there was any estimate as to when they began preparing the order, the response was "no." After approximately ten minutes, the staff member approached me again and stated, "My manager says she doesn't know when those donuts will be ready, that they haven't even began making them, but you can come pick up your order tomorrow." Pick them up tomorrow is crazy. I now understand the operational dynamics of this store, especially if this is the manager's approach to management.

  Honestly, im just upset. I would love to be able to go to KK and be able to enjoy some classic donuts but no. This place clearly hasn’t been cleaned despite them always open for hire as “sanitation”. Maybe they realize their place is dirty after so many complaints who knows. 🤷‍♀️ Horrible customer service, egos and all! Don’t get me started on their managers who love to overwork their workers as they just stand there! They horribly manage this place, if any at all. Every time I come to get myself a very nice classic glazed donut, it feels I have to wait ages, not to add on to the fact the place is always nasty, hot as hell, with some rude workers. From when this place just opened to now, whoever owns it or is the big manager is clearly NOT doing it because…. This is disappointing. Either these managers need to step up or KK should be giving their restaurants so more protocols and supervision. Not to mention the fact the donuts half the time are little small and horribly made and clearly rushed or have just been sitting out all day. If there is any at all, just go somewhere else like an actual bakery.

  Donuts cold as heck and the customer service 1. The menu sign hadn’t been updated and the order taker was did not seem like she wanted to be there they only had original glazed and a few raspberry filled donuts and they did tell us what they had only had us asking and guessing whatever they had the lady was rude when we were talking through the speaker and when finally through the window the lady that took our order was walking around like sloth and just standing around we were waiting to pay.
