    I went in here on 30 Dec 25 about 1pm. There were no other customers. When I walked in, here's what I saw...one girl by the registered, not doing anything, one girl just walking around, one girl comes out of the ladies room, the floor in front of the case looked like someone had been in with horse poop all over their shoes. So I stood there waiting. Finally the girl that was out of the bathroom made it behind the counter and asked how she could help me. 1st, I had to ask prices because they were not listed anywhere. The girl that had been walking around decides she can answer that. So, then, I am looking at the case and it is full of doughnuts with alot of duplicate trays. I asked if there were any cream filled. None! "The shells were being made". So, as I looked, I noticed, all the duplicate trays and as I looked closer, the display case, at the bottom front, was just full of all kinds of sprinkles and crumbs, I'm not talking a little, it was all built up like an inch or so. I told them I changed my mind, I didn't want anything. Then, I asked them when the last time they cleaned the case. They just looked at each other like I had horns coming out of my head. I told them both to come around and look at the counter. They did and I showed them how it looked and how dirty the floor was, I asked where the manager was, they needed to see it. They hemhawed around and said he's in the back. At this point I was done and questioned about the freshness of all the doughnuts in the case. I never saw the girl that had been by the register. When I left the other two were still standing there looking at each other like...what is she talking about...Now, they both looked fully capable. I really can't say it was all their fault with the case being dirty and the prices not being posted because it really comes down to Management! It's their responsibility to train and keep things in order. So, if you visit this location, be cautious of what you order, taste it before you leave, and check the case to see if it looks like it has been cleaned. That can tell you alot about what goes on in the back! I really wanted that doughnut too! I didn't have my phone so I couldn't take pics.

    I am very concerned about the location on South Memorial Parkway in Huntsville Alabama. I visited for the 5th time, and ONCE AGAIN there were no donuts available. (only glazed) Not only are the specialty donuts consistently missing, but even the core donuts are never stocked. At this point, it's clear that this is an ongoing issue. There are 2 other competitors right around the corner, and they will be getting my business from now on, because I have fully lost faith in KK at this point. I hope this issue can be addressed, but as of now, I am extremely disappointed. #missingmychocolateicedkremefilled

    This store is so poorly managed. I ordered a pick up and it was not ready at the time of pick up. I waited in line for 20 mins while the manager was working the drive thru (not assisting with the store front) and a line out of the door. When I asked for a refund because I could no longer wait, the manager literally said, "I don't have time to deal with you" (trying to say that under her breath) and the person working the store front said she would have to take it to the back and it would take 2-3 business days to refund. 1. Check your projected sales from the previous year on Christmas Eve to see how much staff you need the day of. 2. Have pick up orders ready and sitting to the side before the time of the order pick up 3. Don't give your customers attitude (all while you talked to some random person offering to fix the bathroom for free) 4. Plan your attitude and store procedures better. It's not hard to run a store front. I've been there and these are common things to do as a manager. As for KK themselves, help your stores. Give them the tools to learn and understand what is expected. If you don't have a procedure for online orders for pick up time, you are behind the game. This is not anything new happening in the world. UPDATE - it's January 5, 2026 and I still don't have my refund...

    This store and its standards and service have gone extremely downhill as of late. The overall experience is absolutely abysmal. The last four times I’ve been in there, there never seem to be more than one to two people working. Today, I placed an online order that they were unable to fulfill (because they only had glazed and chocolate, I ordered an assorted dozen) I was told it would be refunded, and I would get an email which seemed insufficient to me, and when I asked to speak to a manager, none appeared. If there is a manager on site, you would think they would be upfront helping with the very short staff situation. The drink coolers are empty, the doughnut case was pitiful at best. Drive-through was wrapped around the building, 9 people in line, and there were two employees fighting for their life. They either need to shut this store down or completely overhaul it with new management, that’s the only way a store could get to this point.

    This is my third time trying to just get service…every time no one helps you or comes to the window in the drive thru. Recently tried the drive thru again, sat for almost 10min …nothing happened so I parked and went inside. I waited in line for over 15min when there were only 4 other people in line around me, the employees either just stood their or kept making faces at customers. Employees there, have no integrity in their job or their customer service. …so it finally got to my turn and the employee said “what do you want?” (Not what can I get for you or something KINDER like she cared at all) ..I replied “a dozen of..” (then employee interrupted and walked away)….the employee disappeared and went to the counter with 2 dozen donuts and stared at me across the room and said “ya gonna pay?” (With an attitude)…then I said “this isn’t my order”..she then said “you said you wanted this”. Then I replied “I never finished more than 2 words before you walked away …I’m sorry but this isn’t my order”…she then replied with an attitude “just order! what do you want??” (While rolling their eyes) then I replied “you know what, I’m sick of this and I have tried to purchase donuts form yall for weeks now through the drive thru ,so I came in and you’re being flat out rude to me and other customers for no reason..have some integrity ..have a nice day” then I calmly left . Im likely not going to ever return. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This store is way long overdue for new management and staff and the store needs to be cleaned. I never leave reviews ,especially negative but this has gotten out of hand. This used to be my happy place and a place I’d grab a treat on a bad day. ..correction: if you want to have a bad day..just spend 5min here.
