  Dine-in is good, but delivery is a gamble. If someone from JJ delivers, it gets there fairly quickly. Last time I ordered, for some reason, an uber eats driver was sent from the Hampton Cove area and took 2 hours to arrive, which isn't necessarily on JJ, but when the driver shows up an hour and a half later, the sandwich should have been remade. By the time I got it, it was a soggy mess and I'd prefer not to eat something that has sat out for so long. If want food from this location, pick-up or dine-in suggested. Not going to gamble in the future.

  The music could be a little bit lower since there was not a lot of people in the store dining in. I would understand if there were tons of people and the dining area was noisy, but I was the only person eating in their for a little bit and then two more people came and were eating alone also. I ordered the new chicken bacon ranch, the chicken was very bunched up in my sandwich which made it very dry. There was not enough ranch on my sandwich, but plenty of mayonnaise. I had to get more mayonnaise to dip the sandwich in for the dry chicken that was bunched together. I ended up just pulling the rest of the chicken out of the sandwich when it was about a quarter finished because it was just un appetizing

  My husband ordered from here again and so far everything has been very good. Sandwiches are way better than Subway. Will come back and try other ones.

  Would give perfect review but was told my sandwich couldn't be toasted bc of all the meat on it

  This jimmy John’s is the literal worst. I have problems on every order. Tonight I got my sandwich with no meat. I’m beyond frustrated
