  My bacon on my BLT was cold and soft and they refused to cook it or give me new bacon. The told me a should have asked for a toasted sandwich, if I wanted my bacon cooked. They said I would have to buy a new sandwich to get new meat. It was terrible customer service!

  I really like this jimmy johns cause they give me lots of napkins and I forgot to add cheese so I called them and they added the cheese for me and they remembered to put the cheese on there so when I got my delivery is correct that’s a big thing

  Delivery is a waste of money with this location. It used to be efficient and reliable, but the last 3 orders have taken over an hour and have been incorrect, and I’m just a mile away. I’m a big JJs fan- until this one started going downhill and raising fees.

  at this location - the one thing i trust is that my order is gonna be wrong every time. i love jimmy johns and order here frequently but at this point i feel like this location must have something against me. just last week ordered a veggie and it came with no cheese or guac (the whole point of the sandwich), and just now ordered a combo meal with no drink and the bread is extremely thick on one side, and ultra thin on the other, it's impossible to eat it like this. these are recent occasions but it is every time something not right - im ok when my order not right every now and then but damn its just every single time, never seen anything like it elsewhere it's super frustrating especially when it's delivery bc i try to call, for example to send the drink, and they will never answer, so its truly a waste of money.
