When I walked in I felt like I was being rushed by the person on the front counter. I asked for my pizza to be well done and when I received the pizza the cheese wasn't cooked to the pizza. Once I picked a slice of pizza to eat the entire cheese and toppings just slid off. I was really disappointed.

I will absolutely never order from this store again. A store is only good as its employees, and this store employees suck. And yes it’s run by THEM.

The website would not let me report an issue so I called the store. When the manager finally answered, he was very rude. He didn't even introduce himself. He just asked "What's the issue?" in a rude tone. I told him he should treat his customers better, and he just hung up the phone. We have been ordering from this store for 4 years, and it has gone steadily downhill. It has reached the point that the convenience is not worth the angst. I see many recent reviews reflect my thoughts as well. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE--YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!! 11/12/25 update--I emailed as requested by the owner below. Crickets!!! I called at 6:25pm to let them know and was told that they would be on their way with the missing box. I tried to call back at 8:00pm but was put on hold for over 10 minutes, so I hung up. It’s now 9:19pm and I just got off the phone with them again. This particular employee was very kind and apologized for whoever made the mistake. He is sending a fresh cheesy bread order out to me. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to receive an order. My granddaughter loves cheesy bread and got very upset when she couldn’t have more. Please pay attention!
