It ended up being delivered at the house after being in the driver's car more than 2 hours and was cold. They offered to make a new one. Waited. Manager came out and asked if needed something and could they remake the order. Said they were already doing it. Turned out nobody was. Finally just left and went home to expensive cold very late dinner. No refund. No replacement. Terrible, terrible customer service.
