Finally spoke to a person saying they delivered it to wrong place and did offer to remake the pizza. Three hours later we will have our pizza. Not using this business again. Waited 15 more minutes was told another 25 minute wait. If I wanted they would prioritize my order. Asked hope that worked. They move a prioritized order to the top to keep you from waiting. Well if you just make the pizzas and not move other people to the top of the line then no one has to wait that long for 1 pizza. Cancelled the order watching for the credit back to my account. Arrived at the store to pick up my pizza and sat at the window for 5 minutes with nobody even bothering to look my way. Drove around to the front to go in to pick it up and again, no acknowledgement. Driver finally came to check me out and said they were really busy. While he was standing under a monitor the said “there are no orders”. Then he laughed. Nobody cares.
