I showed up and after waiting 30 minutes to finally talk to someone they hadn't even started the pizza yet and said it would be another 40 minutes. Over 2 hours total. While waiting I watched them pull a completely burned (black crust) pizza from the oven, slice it and put it in a box. Absolutely no care. I asked why the website told me my pizza was ready when they hadn't even started and they just shrugged. Never again!
