We've been in a couple of times recently where there's only 1 person working the whole store and their estimated time ready window does not reflect that at all. Your food isn't even being started until 30+ minutes AFTER the end time of the ready time frame and then you're getting burnt food because they've cut the speed down on the oven so they're not coming out as fast so they can better keep up. We will not likely be coming back to this location.

Just answer the phone and I'll cancel the order but I don't have an option on the app to do so. U have to answer the phone at least
