After being seated for I'm guessing 10min (I actually had maps opened trying to find somewhere else to eat nearby) we were about to walk out, the waiter showed up and took our drink order along with our food order. I ordered two tacos, wife ordered a bowl, and my son a cheese quesadilla nothing complicated. I feel we waited on our food way too long. We arrived at 4:50 and finally got our food at 5:43. Food was ok, definitely not worth the wait. Choose somewhere else if you're reading this.

Acoustics were just way too live with every surface being like concrete or metal even metal chairs. I forgot how hard it is to talk in there and ate there a second time. I wear hearing aids and had to take them off because the noise level was painful. We switched our order "to go". Had to ask for cups to go. Waitress didn't realize we would need cups to take our drinks.

I arrived right on time, gave them my name, and was told it would be another 4–5 minutes. After waiting, the same employee came back and told me they were out of brisket — the main item in my order. Not only did they waste over fifteen minutes of my time, but this could have easily been addressed the first time the employee checked on my food. Instead, I had to cancel my order and leave with nothing. The whole point of ordering ahead is efficiency, and this experience was the exact opposite. If an item is unavailable, it should be updated in the system or communicated immediately — not after customers have already waited.
