  I’ve given this Charleys location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The staff is unprofessional and discourteous, and customers are rarely greeted. No one seems to understand how their own online system works, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion. The food is often rushed, poorly prepared, or stale. There is also a particular cook short, light-skinned female, who is consistently rude. She always seems irritated, is short with customers, and makes people feel like they’re bothering her just by placing an order or asking a question.

  i used the self thing to order my daughter food, i didn’t know wings didn’t come with ranch and there was a long line so i asked the girl for a ranch she said .55 cent i only had my phone and she processed to tell me to stand in line for a ranch by then my food would get cold. this was for my daughter it’s her bday and she wanted some wings the way they acted and talked to me was so rude. the manager does not like her job and has to be a mistrals a person for the way she was acting over a ranch. i could have paid on the self thing. a customer in line offered to pay for the ranch for my baby to eat and they even refused his money because it was for me. everyone there was rude and that’s no way to conduct business .only thing i asked was so wings don’t come with ranch and she acted like the world was going to end or she had to go make the ranch her self. worst customer experience ever and the manager needs to find another profession
