  We went to the one in Huntsville yesterday. It is our favorite place to go when we go to Huntsville. Tommy, our waiter and the bartender, was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Our problem was with our dinners. We both ordered Pollo Rosa Maria which was supposed to have prosciutto stuffed in the chicken with fontina cheese. The cheese was there but the prosciutto wasn't. For $26.99 each for the dinners you'd think it would be correct. Very disappointing dinners. We spent $150 there yesterday and will never order that again. Carrabba's, do better!

  Kudos to our server, Jake, for his all around excellent service. Not only was the food great, but so was Jake, who kept us informed of everything, checked back to make sure we had everything we needed, and went the extra mile all the way. Even if the food didn't bring you back on its own merit, that kind of customer service will. Sarah, the manager, was a pleasure as well. Way to go, Carrabba's! Sarah and Jake make you look great. We are hooked. ;)

  Not too loud. Service (Porschea & Anna) were awesome. Great food and wine. Had sausage lentil soup - of course, had to. Probably my favorite and I think still grossly and globally underrated. The canoli for two cake (to look it home) is crazy good.

  Went for dinner and after waiting an hour for our food (which I was not really bothered by, it was very busy inside), my food arrived and was made completely wrong. The Alfredo sauce looked like murky water - like no other Alfredo sauce I have ever seen. I have been to Carrabba’s many times and ordered the same dish with no issues. Unsure of what was going on here this evening. They offered to remake it and it came out the same so I ended up leaving without eating dinner which was very disappointing. Our server was wonderful, very attentive. This was not on her at all. Definitely something wrong in the kitchen.

  I almost always rate fives. I'm just a happy guy! And the food at this Carabba's and the waitstaff are always top notch, so please know that! But lately (the last three visits), the cleanliness has been super lacking. :-( The tables and anything that touches the food is clean, off course, but under the tables? The floor, and leading back to the bathroom past the bar? It's been filthy. Time before last, we were seated and I felt something under my feet. There were several napkins down there (nice, cloth napkins!), broccoli and carrot pieces. We asked to be moved and the waiter very graciously helped us find a new table, but at ~ $30/person (without alcohol), which means for us, well over $100 each visit after tip and a glass of wine, I'd prefer not to worry about what yuckiness I'm stepping on. I was hoping that was an anomaly (it was bad!), but then last night, while not as bad, it was still dirty under the tables and the floor. Here's a quick shot (pics attached) with even a rubber glove on the floor! I hate to sound picky. As I say, I almost always rate everyone a 5 (check my ratings)! But it's just not been nice here and that's a shame as it's the only Carabba's in the area. :-(
