We order about 100$ worth of food to go about an hour before closing and we show up to get it and they were closed. The signs said they were open and online said open but it seems like the staff went home early and closed it down. But the issue is that we already paid and we called and asked for a refund and they never gave us a refund. So out 100 bucks because they closed early and wouldn’t refund. Would not recommend based on such poor service.

I have dined at Bravo! Italian Kitchen, Bridge Street, Huntsville Alabama at least once a week for the past six months. I always order Spaghetti Bolognese and until today it was delicious. Today it tasted terrible, like it was out of a can. I paid my bill and gave the waiter a good tip. I wanted to know if they changed the recipe. The waiter spoke to a cook, returned to the table and informed me they did change the recipe. I asked to speak to the Manager. The waiter returned and informed me the Manager stated they did not change anything. The Manager refused to come out and speak to me. That was unprofessional. One more thing. Every time I go there they keep you waiting for extended periods of time before you are seated while Restaurant employees stand around in groups of three talking. Up until today I let that go. I will never dine there again.

Had a reservation for two at 6:15, arrived about ten minutes early and waited at the hostess booth. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to show up and when they did said they needed a few minutes to clean a table for us. We requested outside seating instead and they seated us immediately which was great. Three minutes later the hostess (the one that seated us?) calls my cell phone saying they have our table ready and they can't find us. Anyway we decided we were cold and preferred an inside seating as the heaters outside were not on. When we requested to move they said they would have to put us at the back of the wait list now because we opted to sit outside first. Not very apologetic about it and overall it just felt rather rude the way the hostess treated us. We opted to eat somewhere else instead.

We took a day trip from the Nashville area down to Huntsville to tour the Science Museum. Found Bravo Italian Kitchen as a great option for a late lunch on the way home. We compared it to Macaroni Grill on the West coast. We were extremely happy with their delicious bread for dipping, lobster bisque soup, and dinner salad. We were happy they had gluten free pasta for all of their pasta entrees. Can't say that the Bolognese sauce on my pasta rose up the expectations set by the first two courses.
