- CACre Ati6 days ago1.0Terrible Experience at Bojangles on University Drive I stopped by the Bojangles on University Drive at 8:08 PM to pick up the Tailgater Special (only offered after 5 PM). I should’ve known something was off — not a single customer in the dining room or drive-thru. I wish I had trusted my instincts and left. When I got home, the meal was a complete disaster. The chicken was clearly old and stale — dry, tough, and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The dirty rice somehow had macaroni in it, which raises serious food safety concerns. If someone in my family had a cheese allergy, we could’ve had a medical emergency. I reached out to the franchise owner by email, but based on this experience, I don’t expect a reply — or any real accountability. This location clearly needs a serious management overhaul. Save your time and money — and your health — and go elsewhere.

I walked in at almost 9 she walked in 5mins later from the other entrance stating they were close google says 10pm but okay, I walked down the road for it. The cooker was going to help me out to place the order when saw me leaving but I decided not to and save my 20$ for later. 3 stars because can't put the blame on the whole local just for one person.

- JGJada GainerOct 5, 20251.0So me and my spouse went thru the drive thru and idk where or who started the trend of putting your receipt and straw in the same box as the prepared food, after you've touched the same receipt with your fingers that have touch multiple things at that front counter & window, that is unsanitary and disgusting will be doing the survey and the person at the windows did not look clean herself and she heard me complain and she disregarded it. Very disappointed my babe loves bojangles but we won't be back here and the bathroom is disgusting I mean filthy and nasty I wouldn't even touch the tissue.
