I told her I’d like to add 3 extra ranch to my order, because she didn’t let me finish at the speaker. she sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes, gave me the wrong change, and then asked me to pull forward.

That’s fine, no big deal. Stood in line to order 1 more picnic Bo rounds like I originally wanted. The issue was after I had already arrived at home to realize that they forgot a steak biscuit that I paid for already. The lack of care in this specific staff member was very apparent and I am not surprised this happened at all. This is very upsetting as I patron this establishment frequently and unfortunately, this happens all of the time. The food is always delicious, but the staffs attention to detail needs some serious work. This outcome will definitely make me rethink eating her again. Bad form Bojangles. Bad form.
