It’s one of the coldest days Alabama has seen in years and she warmed my heart. Her endearing terms were genuine and made me grateful that I live in the south. Despite the classic roast beef sandwich being so-so, I’ll be a returning customer as long as Vermonica works there.

Service was extremely fast, and she put my extra cheese on the side instead of on the sandwich so it wasn't as messy. She is the epitome of excellent service. The kind of service we had back in the late 90s, early 2000s. The kind that lets you know they care about the customer, and representing their brand. I just wish I had a name to give, because she truly deserves the highest praise. She's also the reason I choose this Arby's to fill that fast casual desire. Quality food. Quality service. Always. 🩷
