  Ordered 4 ham sliders and 2 chicken sliders with other things. I get only 2 people were possibly working, but make sure the order is right. I got 1 chicken slider..

  Whoever was working the drive thru on Tuesday, December 30th at 8PM is absolutely PRECIOUS. She was very sweet and endearing. Service was extremely fast, and she put my extra cheese on the side instead of on the sandwich so it wasn't as messy. She is the epitome of excellent service. The kind of service we had back in the late 90s, early 2000s. The kind that lets you know they care about the customer, and representing their brand. I just wish I had a name to give, because she truly deserves the highest praise. She's also the reason I choose this Arby's to fill that fast casual desire. Quality food. Quality service. Always. 🩷

  I had an absolutely excellent experience during my visit to Arby’s, which I would rate as an A+. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by the cashier, who was exceptionally kind and greeted me with a lovely smile that made me feel genuinely welcome. This small but impactful gesture set a positive tone for my visit and highlighted the importance of friendly service in creating a memorable dining experience. The atmosphere of the establishment was warm and inviting, filled with soft lighting and comfortable seating that encouraged patrons to unwind and enjoy their meals, making it a perfect environment for either relaxation or socializing with friends and family. In addition to the pleasant ambiance, I was impressed by the tech-friendly features they offered, which included USB charging ports available at every table. This thoughtful inclusion made it incredibly convenient for customers needing to charge their devices while enjoying their time there, enabling them to stay connected without interrupting their dining experience. It’s refreshing to see such consideration for the needs of modern patrons, especially in a fast-paced world where technology plays a crucial role in our daily lives. Furthermore, I appreciated that the venue was housing-challenged friendly, which demonstrated a commendable commitment to inclusivity and support for everyone in the community. This initiative not only reflects the brand's dedication to social responsibility but also helps to foster a welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances. Lastly, the prices at Arby’s were very reasonable, making this a great place to enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank.
