Give them some grace because they are learning to make sure you have a great experience and that's okay. My experience was great, I pulled up and purchased the iced blonde with caramel drizzle and cold foam, and it's really good. I like it better than Scooters and Starbucks. I would recommend it, and I will be back. The music is hype but I would recommend turning it down just a tiny bit.

Got to the window order was not correct. The music was so loud we could not hear the person reviewing our order. Customers are all different ages and you need to appeal to all age groups. We are seniors. We left without coffee . We will return to our coffee shops that appreciate our business and able to get our order correct.
