I asked the guy helping me what sugar free options they had and he named off like 10 different options! I got an Irish cream latte and dear lord it’s so GOOD. But putting all that aside, let’s talk about the R&B that was blasting through the drive through sound system! I tell the guy helping me “it’s a VIBE here”! He’s like “oh yea corporate made it a rule to have music going” I say “even at 6am”? He’s like “yup”! Needless to say I think it’s the perfect way to start a groggy morning. Good tunes, great Java and great service. Thanks 7Brew, see you soon, like real soon, like tomorrow! lol

I always order the exact same thing using the exact same words. The past two mornings I haven't been getting what I always order. When I questioned why, I was met with rude customer service and informed that I order my coffee incorrectly. That might have set better with me if the attitude i was met with had been different, and the fact that ive ordered the exact same thing every time I go to 7 brew and never had a problem at any 7 brew location ive ever been too. That rude, smug, attitude, especially the part where i was told my coffee would be remade "this time" and that i would get the coffee the way it was the first time if i didn't change the way ive always ordered my coffee was enough to make me notice several other coffee stops to try on my way to work from now on. Work is enough to deal with so I am not going to add more BS to my day by simply wanting a cup of coffee on my way to work. How hard is it to listen to someone to make sure they get what they order anyway?
