  Awesome as usual! We stop here far more often than we should, but it is always amazing. I love the friendly employees that come out to greet you, and their menu is ridiculously huge! They have everything,! Seriously! I tried the new Cookie Butter Breve, and it is fire! I'm adding it to my favorites!

  On different days, Kobe and Michael have taken the time to make my coffee at 7 Brew, and every experience has been excellent. They are friendly, efficient, and attentive, and they make sure the order is made exactly right. Their positive attitudes and professionalism truly stand out and make 7 Brew a great place to start the day.

  As a regular at 7brew, I can confidently say Kobe, Zane, and Mike always go above and beyond. When I see one of them working, I know my drink will be made perfectly every time. Kobe’s attention to detail, Zane’s positive energy, and Mike’s consistency and friendliness make every visit feel personal and welcoming. They truly make 7brew stand out and are a big reason I keep coming back!

  Okay. Went tonight to South Parkway location. About 5-6 minutes went by and I was waiting in one of the two lanes. The night before we did the same and had no issues. Tonight, after waiting, the girl inside asked the one taking orders why we hadn’t had our order taken. The girl taking orders got mad and said” I don”t even know what they are doing over there” so she grabs the IPad , and I wanted to make sure I heard her right, so I asked her what she said? Again, she says to me at that point, “ I don’t know what you’re doing over here, you are supposed to be over there.” I said I’ll take my business elsewhere. I mean what did she really think I was doing over there? Ordering pizza? I’m waiting to order what was going to be a smoothie but I’m not gonna put up with rude employees. She had to walk to the other lane they had open which was maybe 3-4 ft farther from the building and she was mad because I should’ve known better than to use the outside lane? Here’s a tip. The customer is the reason you get a paycheck and if you want them in one lane only then block off the other one. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m quite tired of bad customer service and tonight this gets my vote.

My family and I first knew him from Starbucks, and his barista quality and professionalism have only continued here. He never rushes drinks—no skipped steps, no skimpy portions, just consistently great coffee. What really stands out is his leadership. You can see it bleed into the rest of the staff, making each shift run smoothly and efficiently. The team works in sync, the process feels calm, and the service is always welcoming. Kobe’s attention to quality and people elevates the entire experience. Employees like him are what make 7 Brew great.
