  The woman who served me told me to place my order inside, but I was trying to order via the drive-thru; she absolutely insisted that I go inside to place the order instead. It makes no sense—and on top of that, she served me with a sour face. If you don't feel like working, why even show up? You just end up stressing everyone else out.

  Horrible customer service. 1st time ever going to this location.. waited over 20 mins for some sweet pepper snackin bacon, only to get it burnt! Just the whole experience was awful. Will NOT be returning to this location ever!!!!

  I mean I come here everyday like literally a young lady that worked there gave me a 50% key tag. But my ice coffee has been trashed since she left. They need to just shut down because WTH!!!!!! This is not an ice caramel coffee with 2 cream 5 caramel and I had to start getting 7 liquid sugar because it was just taste so awful!!!

  I went in for a coffee and a biscuit the little black haired girl was amazing and polite she said she was new and seemed to be working alone whe I asked she said her manager was asleep in his car and I sat and watched and almost 2hrs before he came back in sorry for a store manager to be like that and I went in today and was told she was no longer working there I will not be going back cause the way she was done was sorry there DM needs to do some investigation for the sorry people they are hiring the little girl service was amazing but the store needs a manager who knows his job

  Siempre vengo a este donkin pero tienen un turno donde trabaja un joven que es de estatura pequeña y su color de piel es blanca que hace un pésimo trabajo creo que él es quien prepara los panes siempre deja esperando a los cliente o siempre entrega el pedido equivocado este turno es un fracaso total no preparan los cafés bien tienen mala educación no te atienden como debe ser en fin cuando llegue a este donkin y este este turno me iré y no regresaré nunca
