  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Our order took over an hour, and during that time the staff repeatedly gave us inaccurate updates about our food. We were told multiple times it was almost ready, only to later find out it hadn’t even been made correctly. When we finally received the order, it was wrong. It was supposed to be a specialty pizza, but what we were given was not what we ordered. At first, staff said they would make it right and give us a replacement for free. Then they changed their story and said it would cost $5. When we calmly asked for the originally promised resolution, the staff became visibly frustrated and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. We also asked for the general manager’s name and were told “Tess,” though based on past experiences where complaints and even safety concerns have gone unanswered, it’s hard to feel confident that any follow-up will actually happen. What was most concerning was seeing practices that didn’t feel appropriate from a food safety standpoint, including being asked to accept food that appeared to have been handled or opened. This experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hope management takes a serious look at both customer service and store practices.

  Order took over an hour for delivery. Upon receiving the order noticed that the pizza looked like something was sat on top of it. Did not receive the sauces that I ordered. After being on hold on 2 phone for over 40 minutes finally spoke to someone at 11pm. They gave me a credit instead of crediting me the money back for the messed up order. This is truly unacceptable.

  Though the pizza was tasty, it was not hot and a portion of the pizza looks as though something heavy was placed on top of the box. The delivery took well over an hour and the “Tracker” feature is malfunctioning as it shows that our driver is in route coming from California. We ordered (and paid for) dipping sauce and didn’t receive them. I called the store for assistance and am currently waiting to speak with someone, I’ve been on hold for more 12 minutes at the time of this review.

  Waiting over an hour for a pick up order. Only three people in the kitchen on the first night of the NFL draft. Horribly managed location.

  I witnessed the girl touching her phone putting her hands in her hair and then go fix food never washed her hands one time I ask for someone else to fix my food cause that was disgusting. And a manager was in there with her. They sat and watch the phone ring as ppl was ordering bad experiences I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
