  Extremely rude staff. Called bc I ordered 2 speciality pizzas but when I got home they were both cheese. Dismissive, acted like I was lying, didn’t want to refund me, eventually hung up on me after calling me a “Karen” for being upset.

  The lady that works at South Huntsville location had no customer service. I do not know what her name is. But she is very rude and short, at least have a smile on your face.

  Wanted to try Huntsville since last experience with Arab was terrible. I definitely don't like how they changed to a sweet sauce and just ordered two pizzas and both soggy from being undercooked! Come on! Do better no one wants raw gooey pizza with undercooked crust like dough!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I placed an order for pizza about four days ago around 10 PM for my nieces’ birthday party. I was charged $53, but the order was never delivered. The next morning, I called and was told that I would receive a credit for the missed order. However, when I contacted them again today, they said they could not deliver the order anymore and wanted to charge me an additional $15 for the same order I placed four days ago. On top of that, the manager was very rude and had a bad attitude during the interaction, which made the situation even more frustrating. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend ordering from here.

  I wouldn’t order through here. They run out of items in their store and they try to call you once to tell you. I don’t live on my phone like some people do so I wasn’t available when they called. You call them back and you are in hold forever and no one ever comes on the phone. Then they charge you your full amount for the food and give you a credit. Basically they steal your money and force you to have to order more from them to get your money back. Do you think I want to go back to a place that is going to talk to me the way the “manager” did? I just want my money back and they are claiming they can’t. Well they are the first place that can’t figure out a way to return money. Now they have my money and I don’t have food and they expect me to order through them again to get my money back. Don’t make the same mistake I did going to this location. They are rude and will take your money.
