- SLselena locust3 days ago1.0Do not buy unlimited pass. We were told it was unlimited but it stopped working. We were told it ran out of money for the purple games. But then it stopped working on all the other games too. And the person at the front couldn't do anything about it. It feels like a money grab. Don't try to reply to this Dave&Busters. We just want you to give a product that you say your selling.

The food was not good, none of our food came out at the same time. The Philly cheese egg rolls were cold in the center, and 5 of our parties orders were messed up. The waitress tried her absolute best though. The games were fun, but the visit was likely a one and do ne.

Anyone else tired of shitty corporate service for the outrageous prices being charged?

However, after being seated, we waited an additional 15–20 minutes before our server came by, and even then, she asked for more time. Meanwhile, another group that was seated after us had already been served appetizers, which was frustrating. What’s the point of having a waitlist and still having to wait for a server??!

He wanted to make sure we had a wonderful experience & we did. We will be coming back very soon to see these lovely people. Our waitress was I believe also the bartender she was so sweet. Really great at her job. We had so much fun. Thanks.
