- ASAaron SpeyerMar 6, 20262.0Subpar experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The cashier was inattentive and inconsiderate, and my order had to be repeated multiple times because she was not paying attention. Even then, she entered it incorrectly, and I received fried nuggets instead of the #4 combo with grilled nuggets that I clearly ordered. When I returned to address the mistake, I could overhear the cashier and other front staff talking about me. She told them that I had only ordered nuggets and had not explicitly said #4, which was not true. Additionally, I did not receive any sauces, and the staff looked annoyed when I asked for some. That was unprofessional and disrespectful. I also asked for water with my meal, but was charged for a bottled water that I did not request, which was yet another sign that my order was not being handled carefully. On top of that, several tables were dirty in the middle of the day, even though the cafeteria was not busy. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. Receipt # attached for management reference.

Made a statement of “ if yall don’t get your food in 2 minutes im throwing your food in the trash” then proceeded to say if you have a problem them we will get you removed from her and get you escorted off of campus. Then after making such statements proceeded to have students wait at the counter for over 10 minutes before an order came out. She made the rude comment “ and most of yall need jobs here”

She was trying to degrade the customers and made everyone uncomfortable for mistakes the employees made. And also forget order items. Do better for the people that make sure you’re employed.
