Friedrich AllynMar 10, 20263.0Used the drive-through to pick up a late dinner for my wife and I at Crestwood hospital, and one sandwich was left out (my wife's), which I didn't realize until I got back to the room (always check your bags!) Anyway, I went to call and all I got was an automated error about the number being wrong, but it was the same phone number on Google and the Chick-fil-A website; annoying, so I drove back. Upon entering the store, there were some a mix of teen (from what I could tell) employees and customers chatting socially. I asked one to see a manager, and she told me she was it. I explained the issue, and she went to figure it out and from what I could tell they had some issues and knew some things were mixed up. She brought over the missing sandwich immediately, but it had been 15-20 min, so I asked for a fresh one, and she didn't hesitate. After getting the fresh sandwich I showed her my phone and asked if the number was their store number and I don't think she understood what I was asking as we went back and forth a couple of times, and she never answered the question of whether or not the number I had been trying to call was the store number; I have to assume she didn't know what the number was. I was disappointed with the experience, especially since I don't normally choose Chick-fil-A and was a bit excited for it. Ultimately I think there was an honest mix-up and the manager on duty was just inexperienced.
