- AAAlexApr 18, 20262.0I have been a server in Huntsville during all 4 years of my college and I have NEVR asked someone to ‘make sure they take care of me on the tip’. I found it very uncomfortable, unprofessional, and very on brand for this location.

- TOTannisha OApr 11, 20261.0Just do yourself a favor and save some time, money and energy and don't go. Nothing was horribly wrong but nothing was right either. We did have a large party of 10 however waiting 2 hours for food is a reach. Our waitress was .... Not interested in helping. I think just one smile or introduction would have gone a long way. We had to continually ask for the smallest things like water and utensils. She couldn't get our billing straight bc we tried to help before we even started, and proceeded to tell us she didn't even enter our order until after three others in our party arrived and she took all of our orders. Our waitress was so bad to the point the bartender had to hop on in and help. The food we waited hours for was just ok. My daughter waited all meal to receive her drink and the birthday boy we were there to celebrate only received his dessert years after we requested it. BWW is the exact reason I no longer eat out. It's just not worth it. We spent over $300 for our meals and it was one of the worst experiences. No one wanted to be there, we didn't, the cook didn't and the staff didn't either. Enter at your own risk or sit at the bar. It is not that difficult to serve wings is it?
