  One employee in particular made a lasting impression. He was a tall, dark-skinned man who carried himself with confidence and professionalism, and he was extremely polite from start to finish. He greeted me with a warm smile, made eye contact, and spoke in a way that felt both respectful and genuine—not forced or scripted like you sometimes get in fast food places. He took the time to make sure my order was correct, repeated it back clearly, and even made a small friendly comment that made the interaction feel more personal.

  I had to work on my off day and the pleasant drive-thru experience made my day so much better! Nicole, Lamika, CorDasha, Chasity, and Tyler were a fantastic team that showed kindness and shared a smile. My hunger was satisfied with a well cooked meal!! Thank you!!

  I stop by Bojangles often, but my experience today was on a completely different level thanks to Lamika. From the moment I pulled up, her energy was incredible and her professionalism was top-notch. She made sure my order was 100% correct and served it with a genuine smile that really made my day. If you’re looking for a reminder of what great southern hospitality looks like, go see Lamika!

  I have had my time working in fast food. I know when food has been sitting and should go into waste by a certain time. I did an Uber Eats order of 50.00 worth of food from this establishment. The restaurant is only 5 minutes from away from my hotel and every single item was extra cold, the chicken had was two different shades which let me know it was old before they packed it up,the fries were drowning in salt and were hard and stiff, the mac was dry and the rice was cold & had what looked like big chunks old breakfast sausage in it. I didn't mind that because rice and mac could be warmed in the microwave,but the chicken is fries was a huge disappointment. No shouldn't have to stand over a person's shoulder to see if your food would be hot,I think it's should be apart of the service. They probably wouldn't have shared this food with their dog. This is way i don't have food delivered because its just not in people to have great service without being told how to service you. Im here visited from Florida & my rental car broke down,that's the only reason I had it delivered. Bojangles you should be ashame. The address is 4323 Universal Dr in Huntsville Alabama.
