  Let me tell you!!PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE$$, FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH IT CAME OUT QUICK AND CHOSE KINDNESS THAT QUALITY OF SERVICE IS HARD TO FIND GIVE FIRST SHIFT WEDNESDAY MORNING A Raise they deserve it!! In the Middle of this Rush Hour lunch, They still choose Kindness and we need More of that in this World Manager Chris is really for his people and take amazing care of His customers and his people in the kitchen(amazing job kitchen crew food came out soooFAST!!! AND there were lunch rush), even in the middle of a Rush Opened the Door and Welcomed us in, and Watching him and "Shout-out" Ms. Angel front services, Really put the care in customer service, I also observed them help elderly customers to there tables. The envirment and Service always Screams Southern Hospitality and that is why this will always be my favorite Arbys in HSV,

  Ordered online the kings Hawaiian fish sandwich meal, did the modify order and put no lettuce or cheese since I'm allergic to lettuce and lactose intolerant..hence no lettuce or cheese. Got to my car to double check order and fish had lettuce and cheese! Took it back in and the lady screamed " it doesn't show on our screen you ordered that! Just says kings Hawaiian fish", I was polite an told her about my conditions and can show on my phone what I ordered...nope she don't wanna see .it shows regular on their screen! Now why would I order it regular when I'm allergic to lettuce and lactose intolerant? Anyway, food was not all that and got attitude from both " cook" and the lady. No thanks, explains why I haven't eaten there in years
