The service remained unsatisfactory, and the food was served cold. On previous visits, I requested fresh cookies, only to receive cookies with a sticker indicating they were "fresh” until 7:38 pm However, I arrived at 8:25 pm, and despite requesting freshly baked cookies while waiting to place my order, this request was not honored. Additionally, I received warm fries and a burger with mayonnaise spattered outside the bun and all over the wrapping paper. I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone three times, but each call was directed to voicemail. Consequently, I have decided to cease patronizing this location. It is evident that customer service has declined significantly, and the quality of food has diminished. I believe that serving substandard food to customers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

The drive thru cashier wouldn't even wait for you to tell him your order before he cut you off and asked the next question. Really disappointed especially after the new renovation.

Went through at the drive thru a simple order you would have thought they wouldn’t messed up. “Sausage biscuit combo with orange juice”. Got to window and was told juice machine down. Exchange for sprite. Oh well got food and drove off. Sprite tastes like carbonated water and was furious that workers don’t know the difference between sausage or spicy chicken. I will not recommend going here
