  Quite literally the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced! Asked for NO CHEESE several times…of course my burger had cheese on it. They took my $, practically threw my drink out the window and told me to pull to the side. You’d think my food would be piping hot when I got it, right? WRONG! Quite literally the driest, coldest burger. And they couldn’t even spare a ketchup in the bag? I certainly didn’t get a chance to ASK for any condiments since the service at the window was so rushed. I’ll never eat here again! Pitiful!

  The employees are very rude and unprofessional. The drivethru is a horrible experience. Never know when your order is going to be taken if it does. The employees sometimes doesn’t give change back.

  The crew working today were fast and friendly. Its busy but i had my dine in order in 3 minutes. Hot and fresh.

  Greasy burger, hard buns, oversalted mushy fries. Fish was greasy. I mean saturated grease. Service at drive thru gave us the wrong size drink even after it was questioned about. They acted as if it didn't happen still have us a smaller drink than what was requested. Had to ask for ketchup ... No condiments were offered. My husband drove away from the drive thru and picked me up after going to the restroom. Glad I had a stash of napkins in my vehicle cause we didn't receive any. Poor value for the money. Had several employees behind the counter standing around and talking. Cleanliness: looked great but I came in from sidewalk which was wet from recent rain. It was as if I stepped onto an ice rink. Even within the restroom. It looked great. Appeared clean but very slippery. Yes, they had at least one "slippery when wet" sign displayed on the floor. I was watched but never greeted upon entry or never acknowledged as I left the premises.

  I ordered a Happy Meal with four nuggets and fries, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, only to witness a lack of urgency from the staff. During my wait, I saw employees distributing cinnamon rolls to other workers, despite several people—including myself—waiting for their meals. As someone with a background in the food industry, I was particularly disappointed by the apparent disorganization and lack of attention to detail. It felt like there was no sense of priority for those who had been waiting longer, and the overall situation seemed chaotic. I only stop at McDonalds bc of my kids.I hope to see improvements in the service at this location to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
