  I ordered a Happy Meal with four nuggets and fries, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, only to witness a lack of urgency from the staff. During my wait, I saw employees distributing cinnamon rolls to other workers, despite several people—including myself—waiting for their meals. As someone with a background in the food industry, I was particularly disappointed by the apparent disorganization and lack of attention to detail. It felt like there was no sense of priority for those who had been waiting longer, and the overall situation seemed chaotic. I only stop at McDonalds bc of my kids.I hope to see improvements in the service at this location to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

  Worst McDonald’s. They started closing one WHOLE HOUR early! Also, the water at the sink in the bathrooms didn’t work. Don’t come here. Did I mention that customer service was nonexistent!

  Very bad, terrible service. Besides taking a long time, they didn't give me my order correctly. The food was extremely disgusting, and I reiterate, terrible service and customer treatment.

  I’ve not had one good experience with this McDonalds. They’re always out of multiple items, or say they are; the staff is very rude and can care less about customers, and the food that you MAY get is made very sloppy. Unfortunately there aren’t many options in this area. It’s worth the drive to the next town to avoid this trashy restaurant..

  For Management, The lady at the Cashair refused to give me the monopoly stickers on my Filet-O-Fish saying it does comes with sticker so I have to go to the self-service screen to show her she refused to check and she doesn't want to see, so I had to take a picture to show her but again she refused to check and she was so rude and ignored me completey. When I refused to leave without my sticker other employee had to give me one. Obviously something wrong goes in this McDonalds regarding the monopoly rewards, Management you need to investigate this. Secondly the store smells bad I guess the cleaning tools used to clean the dining area is the same used to clean the restrooms.
