  Foods always good, kinda a mess had to wait a while as the only person in line for someone to take my order. Music was loud so hard to hear what the worker was saying.

  We ordered online 2 mango magics and a bowl for a pick up. The order wasn't close to ready when we arrived and waited an additional 10 min without acknowledgement from employees. Smoothies were watery and lacking flavor, fruit in bowl was browning. Overall a major disappointment compared to other tropical smoothie locations.

  Smoothie wasn't blended enough. There were chunks of ice, fruit, and protein powder. I don't even know how they didn't notice when scooping it, all they had to do was look at it and they would've been able to tell it needed to be blended longer.
