  I visited this Taco Bell location on April 23, 2026 at around 9:10 PM, and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member working the counter at that time (female) (Dark skinned) was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. From the moment we approached, her tone was hostile and she seemed irritated for no reason. When we tried to ask questions about our order, she responded with attitude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. What made this worse was that her behavior felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. No customer should feel disrespected or unwelcome like that. I strongly urge management to review who was working at that exact time and take this complaint seriously. This kind of behavior damages the brand and drives customers away. Proper training and accountability are clearly needed here. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

  Food was good. Drink machine was a mess. Old cups sitting around it with what looked like water or soda in them. Had a hard time finding a clean table. Men's restroom had a broken soap dispenser and no paper towels. Had trouble with the self ordering system. Went to the counter and stood and watched employees talking in the back office. Drive through person walked passed us, made eye contact, and kept walking. Person making food walked out of the back and started making an order. Did not acknowledge we were even there. Thought about just leaving when someone from the office finally came up to help us pay for our order. Not a great experience. We will go back to our usual Taco Bell.

  I got given a drink a little over half way full and when I asked about filling it up I got attitude then I asked for water and left the drink I was so agitated at the moment. Open my food up it's cool to the touch, the chulipa was hard and even harder to eat. This place is worse than Mississippi taco bells what are y'all doing? Get rid of the lady in the towel looking hoodie and that might correct your service issue because she's the bane of this visit and I might not return. I wished I could get my money back but I choked down the food because I need to eat and only had 30 minutes for lunch which was ruined by the time it took me to get thru this and choke the food down. I'm glad I had plenty of my own bottles water because that woman I won't take anything from her hands. I'm just very upset and will actively tell people to not come to this one.

  What happened to Taco Bell?! For decades, it was synonymous with cheap and fast. Now it's expensive and slow, and the mandatory screen-based ordering just makes things harder than they need to be. Sadly, most locations are like this now. The service is colder than the food.
