  food was not custom like i ordered, they did not put cream in the dirty baha blast, guy at the window got mad because I had to remind him about drinks, and then straws. NOTHING WAS EDIBLE!!!!!!

  this taco bell literally is incapable of getting orders correct. every single time i have visited they leave out items, give wrong items, or don’t follow order instructions. i don’t know if management is just incredibly lazy and doesn’t bother to keep a good staff or what the issue is but it would be less of a waste of time to travel to a different location than to try to deal with this specific store.

  This taco bell sucks!!! They have all these kids working who don't care anything about customer service. They don't speak, you get these small portions of everything. Barely any meat or topping on the food that has already gone up on price. They never know what s on the menu, just terrible service. If this was the only taco bell open I would never go there again. I have gone a few times and got this crappy service, and will wait a month and go back thinking maybe the crew or managers may have changed. But it the same old sad service. I will not be going back there!! I don't care how much I love Taco Bell. This location has ruined my experience. Hire some people that know how to run a business, and care about what they are serving, and the people that spend money there

  Omggg if I could give them 0 stars I would this is the WORST taco hell I’ve ever seen everyone looks like they hate their jobs and looks like their being held hostage they are rude as hell and not welcoming at ALL and don’t get me started on missing half my items in the bag I will definitely NOT be back and I’d advise anyone else not to waste their time or money with this taco hell !

  Waited nearly an hour just to order while we watched the GM Tina go outside literally every 2-5 minutes to smoke in the middle of a rush when they already only had 3 staff members working. When I called to complain she gave me HELLA attitude and even had the audacity to say “woowwww” when I asked for her name. She proceeded to ARGUE with me instead of listening to the customer. Overall just a very unpleasant experience. If you actually want your food and not have to wait an hour and deal with people’s nasty attitude do not go to this Taco Bell. We also watched multiple people pull out of the drive thru and just leave cause how frustrating it was. We watched multiple people walk out from the lobby because the wait was ridiculous and watched multiple people have to GO BACK IN because they had multiple things missing. This is a horrible Taco Bell and whoever Tina is needs to be terminated.
