The sauce is not cooked/baked long enough, it is still runny. I got five ingredients and could not taste any of them. What's going on with you, Pizza Hut?

The first came with no sauce and no pepperoni, the second came with no sauce. Contacted Pizza Hut, was promised 2 free large three-topping pizzas. Received a coupon code via online chat, added it to my app. When I opened my app (less than 2 weeks later), the coupon was gone. When I contacted them again, they said the issue was escalated and they could do nothing for me. Quite unsatisfied - we won't be using Pizza Hut again.
