  I went through the drive thru today on May 7th and spent almost 20 dollars on my meal. I got an Asiago chicken bagel some chips and a cinnamon bagel along with the a dragon fruit sunset energy refresher. I pulled up to the window and the worker hands me the drink with literally 5 dragon fruit seeds in the cup I immediately say mam that’s not my drink. She goes and gets her general manager Anna the general manager tells me that the staff have been making the drinks with too much dragon fruit in it. In my head (I’m thinking what does that have to do with me). Then she says this is how it’s suppose to look. This is the general manager talking to me lien telling me that it’s suppose to have only a dab of dragon fruit. She didn’t offer if I wanted more and could be charged more she just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. And it was so irritating because that means the staff in other states ain’t making it right either because this isn’t the only Panera bread I go to. I travel around the world and have never been treated so bias before and to be treated by a person that’s a supervisor that is the general manager is so disrespectful . I will be making a cooperate complaint but I just wanted people to know that these people don’t even know how to make a drink and the general manger is bias.

  They sold me a stale cinnamon roll. I took it home but after 2 bites I threw it in the garage. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!

  The Manager Mary is always wonderful and kind. The cashiers are always patient and helpful every time I visit this location.

  We stopped for supper after traveling all day. We ordered through the self ordering. There were some things I had questions about and even an unusual add. I asked the staff and they were all nice, helpful and efficient and were able to get all just the way we wanted. Definitely recommend!
