  Ordered in the lobby. No receipt from the kiosk. Watched them assemble door dash orders for 20 minutes. They got my order wrong, and had waste another 10 minutes watching them fill more door dash orders before they would acknowledge I exist. They then prioritized 2 MORE doordash orders instead of just giving me the burger I paid for half an hour ago. Best part was getting argued with that the triple cheeseburger I ordered was in fact supposed to have 3 patties instead of two. That's not how a tripple cheeseburger works.

  🌟Top Rated Reviewer🌟 This location always has an "are they open?" feel. It seems severely understaffed. 💁 I waited in the drive through for 5 min⏳ at the mic and no one ever came on the speaker 🔊 to ask for my order. I finally went inside and still no one came to the cash register. Ever. I just ordered on the kiosk and eventually food did come out of the kitchen. 🍽️ My coffee☕ wasn't mixed at all and my breakfast burrito🌮 was dried out. Sadly, this is all par for the course at this McDonald's. ❤️👍 if helpful, thanks! 🙏

  Employees were arguing with each other while I'm just waiting on my order for pick-up. One lady loudly cursing at another employee over from what I gathered, had happened 3 days earlier the other employee had nothing to do with. I know it's McDonald's, but even for McDonald's that type of behavior was outrageous especially if there were children around. Service was obviously slow.... Whole time I was waiting for the crosseyed employee that was on a non-stop rant to just finish putting the fries in the bag so I could leave

  I don't eat at McDonald's that much any more. On this occasion I had a taste for their Sausage McGriddle. I didn't like the taste, It wasn't like I remember in the pass. Definitely didn't taste the same. I will not order it again.

  My son ordered two meals for a delivery through Uber. When he ordered online, he replaced both of our drinks with a caramel frappe. The guy who dropped our order off took the pic and I gave him an extra tip, outside of the tip that he had already been paid through the Uber app. Okay, my kitchen table is right next to the front door in my apt. As soon as I opened the bag I saw that we only had one frappe. So I immediately hopped out of my front door (with a medical boot on), and loudly yelled out, waving down the delivery guy, but he still drove off. 🤔 I called the store where my order was picked up from to figure out if it was McDonald's fault or if the driver had opened my bad and stole the frappe. I called the stores several times (even throughout the next day). My son gave me the ome that we got and just order himself another one. Well when I tasted my frappe, it was like a soft drink. The ice wasn't grinned at all, so I had like huge chunks of ice, which watered the frappe down very quickly. I get these alll the time and whoever made it with this order, it was terrible! For the 2nd order—Even though we live literally 1-2 minutes away from this McDonald's location (the closest), I saw the Uber driver not moving for almost 30 minutes. However, once my son got it, whoever made that particular frappe, made it perfecto! I was disappointed about the missing frappe and then learning that the one that we did get, was literally awful, really pissed me off. Then I quadruple tipped! I don't know the actual store number, but the address is 1547 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover, AL 35216
