This location needs some serious management changes. Went in on Sunday to order lunch. It took me 41 minutes to get my food. There were people waiting everywhere. The 2 managers were too busy chit chatting and walking around to even help their staff. Then what I believe to be the general manager (red hair) just left. Walked out and said “if yall need me call me” and then under her breath in front of all the waiting customers said “don’t call me, my phone will be on DND anyway”. Why would a manager leave her store in the middle of chaos? After waiting longer and people behind me getting their food I was told my ticket has been “lost”. Waited another 10 minutes for them to make my order….only for it to be completely wrong.
