The drive-thru person was taking out trash when I pulled up, and she saw me and assured me she would come in and get my order. She walked into the restaurant, but I still sat for about seven or eight minutes before she came to the speaker. A different person came to the window to take my payment, and before I could even ask for my receipt, she closed the drive-thru window and walked away. So I sat for several more minutes and then she came back to the window to give me my food, and I asked for my receipt. She closed the window and conferred with someone on the staff, and then came back and said, "the receipt machine is broken." I've worked retail before.... It's probably out of paper and these new-age lazy good-for-nothings didn't feel like loading it. All in all, I was very disappointed with my experience at this location.
