There was a time I ordered from the wrong location- they fixed it at no extra charge to me. Another time… I dropped my smoothie right after receiving- they quickly cleaned it up and made me a new one. Today, I went back in because I forgot to add chips- they gave them to me at no extra charge. I think it’s the manager there (she usually has braids when I come), that is always so kind! I go there almost every Thursday after my business meetings, and they never fail to provide amazing service! I love going here! I highly recommend this location!
