  What happened to Taco Bell?! For decades, it was synonymous with cheap and fast. Now it's expensive and slow, and the mandatory screen-based ordering just makes things harder than they need to be. Sadly, most locations are like this now. The service is colder than the food.

  I ordered a 7 dollar box and got charged 8 dollar. Check my receipt and it was rounded up without my approval. The woman on drive thru really needs to change her attitude. If you don't want to come to work stay at home

  It is just a given at this point that an order from Taco Bell will have something wrong or missing. We grabbed this on our way home because the Volcano sauce was back. While that is exciting, the amount added seemed to have no rhyme or reason. Some items were drowning, some barely had any. The staff always seems to be pretty unhappy. I get that it is low pay work, and I feel for all of our people in the service industry, but the customers are not at fault (at least not most). Consistency with the food would be nice.
