  Just left, ate my food in the car and honestly I was super hungry so I didn’t notice until I was like 3 tacos in that the meat had a super off taste. Got chicken, steak, beef and chicken and steak were just cold but the beef wasn’t good at all, very metallic taste. Not sure what was going on but I definitely don’t feel great after eating it. This was a good confirmation that fast food honestly isn’t a good option anymore.

  Look, I’m a simple gal. I get the same meal from this restaurant maybe once or twice a week on the days I don’t take lunch to work, and this location gets it right probably 99% of the time, and how could they not with a mobile order that is probably the simplest thing one could get from this place? HOWEVER, there used to be a girl with hair the color of a Baja Blast who worked the drive thru window just about every single time I went here and suddenly she’s gone, and with her, the good customer service. I used to zip through the line like Usain Bolt racing an average middle aged white male. It could just be correlation and not causation, but the new people at the window do not hold a dime to the tight ship customer service I can only assume was run by the girl no longer there. I can’t imagine she was fired because she was always very nice, so if she quit, hoping she’s doing well. Maybe get her back in the store for a couple of hours and have her teach the new workers how to do well at their job. I know it TACO BELL— I don’t expect a 5 star dining experience, okay? But to have people sit and wait at the drive thru speaker for extended periods of time just to order, and then stay in the line for another 10 minutes to get my food is lowkey insane. Blue hair girl never treated me this way.

  Just went through drive through and the girl taking the order had the worst customer service very unprofessional and lazy!

  It was delicious. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff was nice.

  Food was delicious! To the person working the drive thru yesterday around 2:00pm, I want to thank you for waking me up! The confused look you gave me after I received my entire order but continued sitting at the window was just what I needed. I was completely in my head about something, and your look was a wake up call to start being more present in my life and to quit dwelling on things that are out of my control. I believe the universe caused us to cross paths in order for me to have this epiphany. God bless you.
