Delivery to my room is so I don’t have to get out and break concentration on my end of day work. Then when I complained, the general manager lied and told me that it was the hotels policy that they could not deliver to room. I verified this with the hotel, as I have had delivery from other places before. The hotel confirmed they had no such policy. What would they do if I delivered at home. The hotel is safer, there are cameras all over it. Will not order from them again.
