Our family went for a birthday dinner and included 5 younger children as well as 10 adults. We arrived at 4:00 and waited about 30 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not full and there were plenty of tables that could be adjusted to accommodate us. The manager assigned her newest waitress to serve us. She needed help she was so new. She had trouble taking our beverage order on their electronic pad and it took over 30 minutes for half of the adults to get our drinks and we had to request that she get the children’s drinks. We were given 2 loaves of bread at each end of the table and those disappeared quickly. She did bring the blooming onion fairly quickly but we had to request more bread. I had requested a cup of chili as an appetizer and someone else had a cup of potato soup. We were given no spoons. When we finally got spoon my chili was cold which was ok because they dumped enough salt in it to float a boat. After waiting over an hour and a half, I sought the manager and demanded help for our waitress and that the children’s meals get out to them as quickly as possible. The children got their chicken fingers and hamburgers but it still took another 30 minutes for the adults to get their food. Other diners had come in after us and I saw them being waited on by different servers and getting their food before us. I don’t blame our waitress I blame management. They could have had someone assist her. If you have more than 2 or 3 people go elsewhere. As for the food I can only state that my steak salad was a lot of lettuce with a few strips of steak thrown on top. Not worth the price at all.

The service was very slow, there wasn't very many customers so it seemed strange to us that it was so slow. The food was overall ok, nothing spectacular. The coconut shrimp had too much breading and had a greasy taste. The sweet potato was barely loaded. Everything was just, 🫤

Our delivery bag was not sealed and the ceasar salad was missing. There was no sauce for the shrimp or steak and the mashed potatoes had zero salt. As a line cook myself this is embarrassing. The steak was cooked right however.

Tonight my family and I had the worst experience! My family and I arrived at 4:30 got sat at 4:50 no problem with the wait. We get seated and give our drink orders. My husband order a margarita and there’s more salt than alcohol in the drink. We then order the seasonal bbq wings as an appetizer. By the time we received our wings it was now 5:50. The wings were decent and the only thing holding us over from the brink of collapsing due to how hungry we were. For my entree I ordered the Ribeye with a lobster tail, sides were fries and a Caesar salad. The lobster was way over done tough, and rubbery. The salad was drenched with dressing. When asked for a remake of the salad with the dressing on the side the lettuce is now wilted and brown. You can tell it was a salad that was sitting out and they put it back in the fridge until someone asked for another salad with no dressing. I then asked for the salad to be taken away all together and go replace with broccoli. The broccoli was over cooked and no flavor. My sister order a burger well done and it came back very pink and had to wait 45 minutes for them to remake. My cousin order a 6oz sirloin that was hard like a hockey puck after waiting an hour and 45 minutes. I could go on with my other family members (party of 8) but I think the point has been made. Avoid at all cost especially on a busy weekend night!

What what could have been better? Everything! The restaurant was not busy yet it took the hostess way too long to seat us. Although we were brought our menus right away and were able to order our drinks which was iced tea nobody came back to take her order for like 20 minutes and then I had to flag the waitress down to do so. We ordered Caesar salads with grilled shrimp and ranch dressing and were brought Caesar salads with grilled shrimp and Caesar dressing. The Ice-T only had a little tiny bit of ice in it and subsequently was warm try to get extra ice
