  Completely disappointed with the food and service at this location. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, it took 15 minutes to get soft drinks, and over an hour to get two steak dinners and an order of chicken and shrimp pasta. The steaks were almost cold, the shrimp in the pasta still had the tails on them, and the pasta was over-cooked. We didn’t see our server for 20 minutes after the food was brought out. He came to tell me I could pay the bill at the kiosk, which I did, and I asked for a takeout box to take the steak to our dog, but he didn’t return. After paying the bill, I had to walk up to the bar area 15 minutes later to get the takeout box and request a copy of my receipt. That took another 15 minutes. A total of over 2 1/2 hours. Will definitely not return there or recommend this location to anyone.

  I arrived with my family and we were seated at a table. After that, the waiter introduced himself, but he never brought the bread and butter. Our drinks took hours to arrive, and when they finally did, my drink had no ice. We ordered food immediately since everything was taking so long. My food took over an hour, and when it finally arrived, it was cold! Totally disappointed.

  I went to the bar because I knew they were closing in 45 minutes. Their were plates of unfunished food all around the bar, while someone cleaned nearby tables. They cleaned a portion of the bar for a couple that came in after me, but my part of the bar was still unwired or cleaned. The customer service i received was lacking as well... Glad I got my food to go.

  The level of salt in this food is sickening. The last time I came here I absolutely loved it but this was such a huge disappointment. How can you serve this unhealthy level of salty food without a bad conscience. My mouth was on fires from the excess The man who served us was great but the others had to be reminded of simple things you’d expect from a restaurant

  This is the 2nd time in the last year that I have taken my family here and both times we were proven that Outback in Hoover doesn’t have their stuff together. Very disappointed in the experience yet again. Asked for water refill more than once. It’s just H2O not that hard to find. Bill was messed up took forever to get it fixed. I can keep going and going but the reality is Outback will send a generic message saying they are sorry about the service bla bla bla. Nothing will change here. Not trying to compare to another steak place but if you confused about how Texas Riad House is so busy an all that and Outback in Hoover is not then maybe try and mirror them. Your current process is not working. Waiting for the generic text from management.
